Pregnancy Safe Dumbbell Workout
A simple routine of dumbbell exercises you can do at the gym or at home during pregnancy.
As a physio, I often have pregnant clients asking if it's safe to continue weight lifting during pregnancy. The short answer is yes. Especially if you were training with weights before you got pregnant, it is safe (and beneficial) to continue lifting weights or dumbbells during pregnancy.
