Place a napkin in the bottom of the pan. Place a two-liter jar in the pan. Milk 2 liters. Fill the pan with water. Light it. 1/2 tbsp salt. 1 lemon. Roll out well until it becomes soft. Squeeze out lemon juice. The water in the pan began to boil. The milk in the can is well heated. Add lemon juice to the milk. After a while the milk begins to curdle. Let cook for 7-10 minutes. The whey separated well. Turn off the heating. Prepare a cup and a strainer. Pour the cheese mixture into the mold. Cover the top with cling film. You can put a weight on it to make the cheese ready faster. I left it overnight. 1 tomato. 1 cucumber. 1 pepper. Olives. Time is up and our feta cheese is ready.
