Time to make a change. My routine has been lacking, I am feeling the results of not eating right, not training enough and drinking a bit too much over the last few months. So what do we do now?

First let's talk about the daily routine, this is where real change happens. The body goes where the mind leads so I am going to start each day with some activity to get my mind right, and ready for the day.

Protein. The most important aspect of nutrition for those who want more muscle and less body fat, yes that's me, is more protein. How much protein, i like to focus on an individuals target weight.

Training. Get in the gym and challenge yourself.
