180g butter. 400 ml milk. Place the pot on the fire to heat. Heat until the butter is completely melted. 1/2 tsp salt. Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes. This is where the foam comes from. 1/2 tsp sugar. 1 lemon. Squeeze out lemon juice. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to the milk. Mix well. Turn off the fire and cover with a lid. Let stand for 20 minutes. Prepare a bowl and a strainer. Pour over the curd mixture. Cover with cling film. Let rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours. The serum has completely disappeared. Look how the quark turned out. What a consistency it has😋😋 It is very soft and delicious😋😍.
