How to Create a Healthy Cycle Length | Tips to Reduce Spotting and Correcting A Short Cycle

If you feel like the time between when your period stops and the next one begins is too short and you’re getting your period every 3 weeks or sooner, than this video is for you.

I’m coming to you today so we can talk about some of the things you can do to help make sure you have the appropriate length of a menstrual cycle. Now, I’m not talking about lengthening your bleed, I’m talking about supporting the OTHER 3 phases of your cycle.

To start, you want to create a healthy follicular phase, and a really strong ovulatory phase — this is really important to ensure that you’re actually ovulating and releasing an egg. This is the only way to produce progesterone, which will balance everything out and set you up for. a strong luteal phase.

A healthy cycle is anywhere from 24-32 (ish) days in between the end of your last period to the first day of your next one.
