It’s time to mix up a labor lemonade mockail! This recipe comes from the book, The First 40 Days by Heng Ou and is great for hydration in labor! I know there’s some controversy over honey during pregnancy, go with pasteurized if you can, understand that there’s a slight risk of botulism with unpasteurized honey (we took that risk), so go for the pasteurized kind if you can.
